So when my Carpal Tunnel wouldn't go away after two weeks, the doctor gave me another round of pills and scheduled an appointment with the hospital at the neurology department.

Between the scheduling of the appointment and the actual appointment, the carpal tunnel went away (I still have Tendonitis though, and am getting rather worried about it).

They tested my nerves by giving little electrical shocks to the nerves in my arm, and the static would continue down them making my fingers twitch involuntarily. They did this at multiple points and it felt Very Strange.

Also, my summer course is almost over, I have read several books (including a bunch of Sharpe novels, the new Tamora Pierce book, Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrel, and Moribito), watched a season and a few episodes of R2 of Code Geass, completely failed to find Blackadder the Fourth, and designed my own fictional culture.

I got a volume of Princess Tutu today, and was all excited because I thought I'd finally finished my collection. I get home, open it, go to put it in my dvd player, all excited to finally watch the Femio episode again and - hey wait? Femio was season two. Disc three is season one. It was volume 4 I was missing, not 3.

I am an idiot.

In other news, I got no work done today, but I did more about Wales than I ever knew before.

I'm posting this from my brand new Desktop (I've named it Freya - to continue my Chobits theme naming) which is Very Cool. I bought it to go with the printer Da got us (to be fair, the Printer apparently was more expensive than the computer).

I got my second-eldest sister the first dvd for the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. It is very strange. I like it.

I did this drawing for one of my classes which turned out hilariously, if I say so myself. I meant to just draw an old guy and ended up with a famous old guy entirely by accident.

I wanted to watch Pumpkin Scissors, but I couldn't find it. I did watch a couple of episodes of Romeo x Juliet, which I liked. A lot. But then again, I'm a sucker for crossdressing.

10 023 words! That's one fifth of my nano novel done, right on schedule! If I can keep up this pace, I should actually finish this year! Exclamation mark! Here, have a snippet.

FINALLY saw the Full Metal Alchemist movie, which was good, and was amazed at how the slasher persona had penetrated my mind because certain characters were -so- gay, I swear.

In other news, went back and looked at clips (and by that I mean amvs on youtube) of the series and re-found my love of Scar. Homocidal maniacs with brother complexes for the win!

And that is why I'm gonna fail my exams. FMA, Civil War, and Batman. Oh, and youtube, of course.

Had a much more interesting conversation at lunch with a group of kids two years my junior than with those my age. Was amazed. I never felt this comfortable talking to that same group of people last year. Suppose it's 'cause I'm too busy to worry about age. Maybe.

Found out YTV is showing Bleach, and I happened to see the first episode. Dubbed, but not one of the worst. However, Orihime doesn't turn up in the first episode, so... who knows. Still prefer fansub, of course. I think they only recently started translating Bleach. It'll take them ages to catch up with me, and I'd only seen half the episodes I could have.

Hamlet has to be the biggest emo kid ever. I swear.

Oh yeah. Went to the con yesterday too. Got: Bowser plushie (cutest thing ever!), Bleach bag (the one that Hanataro wears), Present for Britt (A figure from Negima), and a present for Colin (A couple of decks of the Kingdom Hearts trading card game... in japanese. XD).

Billy Boyd cancelled! Was dissapointed.

Today I watched some CSI Miami. Was strange. CSI Miami somehow has a different feel than Las Vegas (the original). However, has new cases. Everytime I turn on CSI nowadays it's always a rerun. Oh well.

I also watched this weird anime about a family that has a gate keeper called Gargoyle. A talking statue. I found the pacing a bit strange, but the story was cute, so I might look it up again.

Uwaahhhh! SO happy! *falls over from happiness*

I found a fan-sub of Cardcaptor Sakura. You know what that means? No horrible english dubbing! They changed the show even more than I though possible, now I'm watching the Japanese version. D:

AND, found the first season of X-men: Evolution, which is really hard to find in stores. Pros: Kurt is so cute, Jean Grey and Cyclops are a little less annoying than usual, as is kitty, and people are less likely to die all the time. Cons: On YouTube, so less quality, not based very accuarately after the comics, Magneto just isn't as cool, and Xavier's a wimp.

I've just seen the last two episodes of Princess Tutu.

It's over.

As in, no more.

I will have to look elsewhere, find myself a brand new fandom, one that I haven't finished already.

I... really... did love that show.

I am now officially in quite a fangirly mood, so no real change except some AWESOME favorite!pairings development. *whistles for a bit*

One of my favorite pairings of all time is a hetero!pairing, and finally after episodes of waiting it's practically canon.

And no, I'm not going to say what shows I was watching.

Also played a lot of Ocarina of Time today, but was disapointed when I didn't get far enough to see Shiek. *le sigh* I wonder, is Shiek/Link a slash or hetero pairing?

I also think I might actually go looking for a way to get my Hours, since I suck at them. But... I don't know if I want to do the whole diploma. I think I want to drop it and just take certificates. Everybody's been trying to convince me to keep it up, but even back when I first learned about the IB diploma, I liked the idea of the certificates better, and I was going to take the diploma to see if I could, but I always expected just to take the certificates. And I've been thinking about it all year... I figured earlier this year that I'd already done so much work, I might as well do the whole thing, but looking back I'm so far behind everybody else, and at this rate I won't have any free time at all. I think I'll wait until I get my report card, and then I'll decide.

It's some cd by some chick called Regina Spektor, called "begin to hope".

So I bought a cd. Yeah. >.> <.<

I also got Bleach #12. Wow. just. Wow.

And I'm -officially- out of school! Booyah!

Been rereading Tamora Pierce. So far I've re-read about six books in four days, but that's not the point. (Tamora Pierce for the record, is really easy to read. I'm not that amazing at reading.

I tried and failed to find&buy Suikoden III. Oh well, Hugo and the gang will have to wait. I'll re-read the manga instead.

I bought the first two Mar mangas, they're completely utterly shonen, and no bishonen yet. Oh well, a girl can dream.

Becoming more obsessed with Princess Tutu (the show not the character), and was wondering: Does Fakir count as a bishonen?

Been slowing down on the Majora's Mask (the goron temple is more annoying then the Deku temple, since at least in the Deku temple you don't have to constantly do the same things over and over again) and Final Fantasy Tactics Advance (It goes through phases) and Flyff (but still playing, and I'm almost done my Flying Test. WHEE!). Playing more Age of Mythology. I even did a campain without cheating! *gasp* And won with flying colours!

Watched Sky High, and some anime, and some other stuff.

Now, that being said: HOMEWORK.

Read manga most of the time. Re-read Trigun (1), Naruto (1), and Fullmetal alchemist (1). Read for the first time: Peacekeeper, Fullmetal Alchemist (2), and Petshop of Horrors (10).

Colin lended me the first twenty-something episodes of Fulmetal Alchemist (anime).

Ate only two grilled cheese sandwiches. Oh noes!

Foot feels a lot better!

So, Hihi Ami Yumi has got to be THE weirdest show since... well I dunno. Get this: It's a mostly western-style cartoon about two J-pop singers. O.o Weird.

Also watched this weirdo western-anime called 'Avatar'. It was really good for a western anime, considering that most of them suck. (I mean, c'mon, 'totally spies'?) It also wasn't trying too hard to be anime,like some shows (Luv Teen Titans, but the anime-chibi expressions are way too overused)... It was about this world that had for tribes: Fire, Water, Earth, Water, and the war that the fire tribe did unto the others. The Avatar is supposedly the guy who can use all the elements... he also looks like a twelve year old. And it wasn't the over-used places either. The water tribes lived in the south and north poles. There were these Penguins with four fins.

It was also an hour long.

Okay, that was a longer explanation than I meant.

Have no idea what I'm doing today.

Got my new textbooks, and obsessed over my new history textbook, so pretty! Also got a tiny book called "Spanish Verbs", every page is a verb and ALL the ways you can conjugate it. New. Best. Friend.
